Terms of use

Effective November 4, 2026. Short on purpose. Read them anyway.

1. What ironkey is

ironkey is an interface to public programs on Solana, mainly pump.fun and PumpSwap. It runs launch pools and a keeper that recycles each coin's creator fees. For your own commits, claims and trades, ironkey builds the transaction and your wallet decides whether to sign it. We never hold your keys.

2. The Key Vault

Each pool has its own vault keypair, generated by the platform, stored encrypted on our servers and used by the platform's keeper. It receives pool commits, creates and buys the coin, holds pooled tokens until they are claimed, and is the pump.fun creator of that coin. The keeper uses it to claim creator fees and sign flywheel transactions (liquidity, buybacks, burns, locks, holder rewards and launch fund seeds) according to the published split and the holder vote. Creator fees belong to the coin's flywheel, not to the launcher.

3. Commits are final until launch

A commit can't be withdrawn while a pool is open. If the pool doesn't launch (under the minimum at close, or every launch attempt fails), your commit becomes refundable from that pool's vault. Commits that land after close or over a cap are refundable too. Tokens and SOL left unclaimed for 30 days after a launch or refund opens, plus rounding dust, are swept to the treasury.

4. Fees

Each launched pool pays a fee (1% by default) to the treasury and keeps a small reserve for rent, the Jito tip and network fees. Of each creator-fee claim, a platform share (10% by default) goes to the treasury. You pay normal Solana network fees for your own commits, claims and trades. Defaults can change and the current values are shown in the docs.

5. Votes

A vote is a message you sign with your wallet, not a transaction. It is weighted by your token balance at each tally and steers only the voted share of a coin's creator fees. Votes are not a security, a share or a claim on any asset, and we may ignore signatures that fail verification.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you launch, commit to, buy, sell and vote on, for keeping your wallet safe, and for following the laws where you live. Don't launch coins that impersonate people or companies, or that infringe someone else's rights. We may hide any pool, coin or comment.

7. Risk, no investment advice

Memecoins are highly volatile and usually worthless. Solana transactions are final. The flywheel depends on trading volume; without it there are no fees to recycle. Buybacks, burns, liquidity and rewards are not a promise of returns or of any price. Figures on the site are read from the chain and can lag or be wrong. Nothing here is investment, financial or tax advice.

8. No warranty

The site and keeper are provided as is. They may go down, pause launches or flywheel passes, change, or remove listings at any time. To the extent the law allows, ironkey is not liable for losses from using it.
